I’ve wanted to start documenting my life over 10 years ago
I’ve just recently gained the confidence in myself to film. You may not relate to me, or maybe you do. The point is that I’ve learned so much in the past 13 years about depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, bipolar disorder, etc. and I want to share the ways that helped me cope and the things that changed my life.
