Choose a positive mantra & repeat it throughout the day.

This week, I came across an individual who immediately inspired me and captivated my attention – Jay Shetty. For those who have never heard of him, he was a monk prior to becoming an entrepreneur, a host, a content creator, and an influencer. He was named one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30. He has an amazing story and his interviews are humbling and inspiring, not to mention his beautiful bright eyes that contrast with his darker skin tone. I’ll link one of my favorite interviews with him below.

While not particularly religious, I do believe most in Buddhism and its ideals such as karma, meditation, cultivation of wisdom, loving-kindness, etc.
