Complete a puzzle.
I was recommended quite a while ago by my therapist to download an application on my phone named Virtual Hope Box. This app was recommended for me in order to have a distraction for when I start feeling angry or anxious. Its an app that has many different puzzles and games. Personally, I love Sudoku & it has always been my favorite puzzle. So, you bet I did a bunch of Sudoku puzzles today!!
