Try not to have any expectations all day.
Haha, well this was pretty easy considering it fell on a Sunday and I did literally nothing. One of my medications ran out last week and I’ve been waiting for a refill approval so I’m not feeling all that great currently. This day consisted of watching a lot of Netflix, working on planning a weekly routine schedule, and a nap. Yeah, there weren’t any expectations.
