JULY 11
Right before you fall asleep, close your eyes, do some deep breathing, & think of your happiest memories.
Some of the memories that I thought of:
- The fact that I ditched school in Kindergarten because I hated the outfit that my dad picked out for me – LOL
- Baking every weekend as a child with my grandma
- My [now deceased] grandpa teaching my brother and I self defense; he was a Marine
- The first time I saw my [now ex] boyfriend…I will never forget it
- When I adopted my kitten – As soon as I held her, I knew she was mine. She just laid in my arms watching everyone else playing with kittens. UGH she’s so adorable.
