Vitamins & Supplements: Update #1

Tuesday August 21st

This is only the second day of taking all of the vitamins & supplements that I’ve listed on my previous post, but I will briefly list them again:

  • Vitamin D3
  • Resvertrol
  • Alpha-Lipoic Acid
  • DHA/Omega-3
  • Coconut Oil
  • Tumeric
  • Daily Multi

However, I have been taking Vitamin D3 and Resvertrol for about a week now. With both of these, I noticed an immediate difference. I felt a little more alert and I wasn’t yawning 3 hours after getting my day started. Combining both of those, I felt more motivated as well.

On day two (today) of taking everything, I feel pretty much the same as what I just described. The other supplements are more to support neuroplasticity, or the brain’s ability to change throughout a person’s lifetime. This includes strengthening synapses, changing the proportion of grey matter, and building new connections.

Lately I’ve had a strong desire to do puzzles every night before I go to bed. I’ll do word searches, Sudoku, crosswords, and a game called Wordscapes (it gives you a series of letters in which you have to build as many words as you can). Vocabulary was never my strong suit in school so it is definitely helping me with building a better vocabulary. Large words terrify me, haha.

Ultimately, I’m obsessed with intelligence.
