I like to take on the world even when I’m not equipped to do so.

I started this blog in November 2017. I’ve wanted to start a vlog/blog for the past 10 years, but never had the tools and the confidence to do so. I can’t say that I am 100% ready to do this, but I can say I will put in everything I have to create my journey for you to follow along. My main goal is to create something that you can relate to.

I am stubborn, sarcastic, empathetic, persistent, efficient, and freakin’ hilarious [sometimes].

  • Writing

My journey will consist of many of those things as well as advocacy on mental health.

Mental health awareness is something I strongly support. As each year passes, little by little, people come out of the shadows to search for support. Support has increased and shame has decreased. This pattern must continue until we #breakthestigma against those who suffer internally. The habitual and circular thoughts and patterns are not cured overnight or from one medication. This is important to keep in mind. Progress can take years and involves medications, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, the will to survive, and/or other things. The length of time learning how to cope does not indicate failure.
